Richemont group, the parent company of Cartier, said on July 16 that thegroup's sales in the first quarter ending in June fell 47% to 1.99 billioneuro, but stressed that it had recorded a strong growth of 49% in China, whilesales in Europe fell 59%, Asia Pacific region fell 29%, American market fell 61%and Japan decreased 64%.

Thaliand’s skincare sector is set to grow from US$2.5bn in 2019 to US$3.6bnby 2024, pushed on by domestic economic and tourism growth, and an increase inmen’s skincare sales.
 
Over the course of the five-year period, the skincaremarket in the Thailand is predicted to grow at a compound annual growth rate(CAGR) of 6.2%, according to data and analytics company GlobalData.

6月,瑞士手表的出口额为11亿瑞士法郎,同比下跌35.1%,跌幅相比5月的67.9%明显减小。今年前6个月,瑞士手表的出口额同比下跌了35.7%。中国大陆和沙特阿拉伯是最先恢复增长的主要市场,6月的出口额增幅分别为47.7%和41.3%。其他市场的表现依然不理想,出口额普遍出现了大幅下跌,其中意大利,德国,新加坡的表现好于平均水平。这帮助德国和新加坡在本月升至瑞士的第四大和第五大出口市场。

In June 2020, the export of Swiss watches continued the trend of sharpdecline as before, but there were some signs of recovery.
 
In June, the export of Swiss watches was 1.1 billion Swiss francs, down 35.1%year-on-year, which was significantly lower than that of 67.9% in May. In thefirst six months of this year, Swiss watch exports fell 35.7% year-on-year.Chinese mainland and Saudi Arabia were the first major markets to recovergrowth, and the growth in exports in June was 47.7% and 41.3% respectively.
 
Theperformance of other markets remained unsatisfactory, with exports generallyfalling sharply, with Italy, Germany and Singapore performing better thanaverage. This helped Germany and Singapore rise to Switzerland's fourth andfifth largest export markets this month.

According to the survey conducted by JLL, the first half of 2020 investmentvolumes in Asia Pacific declined by 32% year-on-year, with second quarteractivity down by 39% year-on-year accelerating from a 26% drop in the firstquarter.
 
Among the above numbers, Singapore (-68%) and Hong Kong (-65%)registered the largest year-on-year investment declines in the second quarter,while drops in Australia (-58%), South Korea (-45%) and China (-15%) wereleveled off in the latter parts of the second quarter.

Google recently launched a video shopping platform called"Shoploop," which aims to let consumers learn about new products in90 seconds. The project will be aligned with Instagram Shop and will focus onthe development of beauty products.
 
"This project was inspired by how today's consumers are combining socialmedia with e-commerce websites when thinking about buying," Google stated."Unlike regular shopping platforms, we will connect with differentmerchants and customize exclusive cooperation agreements to form an interactiveshopping experience."

上海国际电影节于7月20日宣布,Dior迪奥成为第二十三届上海国际电影节官方合作伙伴、指定彩妆香水品牌。第二十三届上海国际电影节将于7月25日至8月2日举办,这是今年新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,我国举办的首个重大国际性影视节庆活动。
